• Engaging in deceptive phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive impersonation.
• Hosting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual imagery.
• Attempting to bypass, disrupt, or exploit the security of our Turnstile challenge verification system or server infrastructure.
• Conducting unauthorized bulk spamming or automated denial-of-service attempts.

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

• Creator Responsibility: You retain sole responsibility for ensuring that the underlying content on your destination links complies with applicable platform guidelines, local laws, and regulations.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Tip Jar

LinkSheild offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

6. Affiliate Partner Program

Affiliate partners earn a 40% lifetime recurring commission on referred paid subscribers via our official partner portal at https://linksheild.my/s/partnerships. To safeguard promotional codes from public scraping, VIP promo codes (such as the 100% Pro for 1 Year Free benefit) are retrieved directly inside the affiliate partner dashboard after registration.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all logos, trademarks, text, images, and content you upload to LinkSheild. You grant LinkSheild a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and displaying your link-in-bio page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

LinkSheild is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our Turnstile bio architecture is engineered to block 40+ automated crawlers and reduce shadowban risks, social media platform algorithms operate independently, and we do not guarantee specific organic reach or immunity from third-party platform moderation actions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of any breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.
